i was really annoyed by the noise , it came from a busy road nearby with constant honking day and night. also , some main areas were not clean. the cleaners seemed to just spread the dirt around.

the staff was courteous and helpful. special thanks go to the concierge team. aashita and gulshan were particularly polite and helpful. i found the service at the hotel amazing (i really mean it). the hotel has beautiful design.
the location is a bit far from the city center. this made trips longer.
